Your name, phone, email, street address, city, state and zip code MUST BE ACCURATE AND MATCH POSTAL RECORDS, OR YOUR GIFT CARD MAY NOT ARRIVE. *Rebate promotion valid only for customers who (1) simultaneously apply to purchase a POS unit within the rebate guidelines, with one full payment and NRS Pay merchant processing services, (2) have both applications approved, (3) actively maintain the POS unit in good standing for 90 days after the sale, and (4) process transactions with NRS Pay for 90 days. A sale of a POS unit is deemed final when NRS receives all required application documentation and information, NRS receives the full payment for the POS unit, NRS approves the application and the customer signs a standard contract.
